The Ceremony!

The ceremony was absolutely beautiful.  The pastor that married us, is actually our next door neighbor!  It was so cool to have somebody that knows us on such a personal level be the one to marry us.  We see her on a regular basis and it's so much fun!

Bridesmaid's processional: Air on a G String by Bach
Bride's processional: Canon in D
Unity Sand Ceremony: Everything by Michael Buble
Recessional: Coldplay's Clocks as played by the Vitamin String Quartet

Our adorable flower girl ditched her brother pretty quickly (as you can see the start of her escape above) and left him to fend for himself.  He did such a good job!

I had my mom walk me down the aisle.  My dad passed away in 2003, but he was not far.  During the ceremony, I wore a pendant that contained some of his ashes.
This was a bittersweet moment...

The engagement ring promise...

After having been together for 8 years by the time we were engaged...our engagement was a big phase in our relationship.  I wanted to pay tribute to that.  So, I had found this engagement ring promise and incorporated it into our ceremony.  This occurred after we exchanged wedding bands.
This is what our pastor read...

Russ, please take Amber’s engagement ring.  This ring is the symbol of promise and intention.  Now the intention is realized and the promise fulfilled.  Please place this ring on Amber’s finger, over her wedding band to symbolize that the love that brought you together will always protect and sustain your marriage.

You May Now Kiss The Bride!

YAY!  We're Married!!!

Jordan did such a good job!  He felt the need to recess back down the aisle.  SO CUTE!
